About Kim Posnett

Kim Posnett.pngA graduate of Yale University, Kim Posnett also holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Kim Posnett began her Investment Banking career as an associate at Goldman Sachs, where she originally focused on Technology, Media and Telecom clients. Within a few years, Kim began focusing exclusively on Internet and eCommerce clients. Kim was named a vice president three years after starting at Goldman Sachs, and then was promoted to a managing director four years after that. Kim was named the Global Co-Head of Internet Investment Banking in early 2015. In her new role, Kim’s responsibilities include leading mergers and acquisitions, private placements, initial public offerings, high yield and investment grade debt offerings, spin-offs, divestitures and activism defense for the firm’s leading Internet clients.

Kim also serves on the board of the Brooklyn Public Library as a director.
